New album launched at Jiggi Fair
Our new album was released in CD format at Jiggi Fair on Saturday August 2nd, 2014. It is also available in download format on iTunes, Amazon, CDBaby and elsewhere - see our Music page on this site if you want to listen and/or purchase by download.
There are 18 original songs on this album. They range across genres including rock, pop, country, folk, rockabilly and Australiana. We hope you enjoy it.
Once again, this third Verandah Band album is a community fundraiser. All proceeds go to the Jiggi School of Arts to fund local community projects, including the maintenance and restoration of the historic Jiggi Hall.

Success in National Songwriting Contest
Our song 'Jaboticaba Moonshine' finished 6th overall in the Country category of the 2014 Australian Songwriter's Association National Songwriting Contest.
